About Us

This lively neighborhood is the original home of Toronto’s Italian community. This chic district is packed with trattorias, trendy restaurants and cafes, and a booming nightlife. Little Italy’s sidewalks are always packed with locals and visitors sipping espressos out on the many outdoor patios along the street.

Today Little Italy, established in 1985, is also the home of South American, Portuguese and Asian newcomers adding a diverse multicultural mosaic to this already eclectic neighborhood, which runs along College Street from Bathurst Street west to Shaw Street, close to the downtown core.
